Simple construction

This machine easily grates vegetables and hard fruits. But not intended for soft fruits like Yellow Banana. Cassava, Manioc or Yuca root vegetables need to be cut into pieces and soaked in water before grating. In addition, the very simple design makes this machine easy to disassemble and clean. Dishwasher safe except for the duralumin disc, it must be hand washed and dried to prevent oxidation.

Sharp Stainless Steel blades

Produces fine consistency mass. Due to the high speed of this machine, a different type of blade does not give the desired result. Only this type of blade gives a great result, so we do not add any others to the set and do not sell separately. Replacement blades and all spare parts are available separately.

I bought it specifically for deruny (potato pancakes) and it does a great job! It's so much easier than hand-grating them. It is easy to assemble and clean up, too.
