Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We take responsibility for any other customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the seller (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Losses

We take liability for any products damaged during shipping or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The order is considered fulfilled when the tracking of the shipment shows the status: Delivered.

We are not responsible for a lost shipment if the courier indicates that the shipment has been delivered. If you have not received your order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
